Beijing Metleader Pipeline Technology Inc. is a professional manufacturer and supplier of steel pipes, pipe fittings and flanges, which are widely used for petroleum, gas pipeline, chemical, power plant, and shipbuilding industries. Now we are specially committed to the products research and inspection, the whole process is carried out strictly according to the request of ISO and CE standard.
Metleader can provide many types of line pipes, flanges and fittings based on international standards, including API, ANSI, ASME, AWWA, DIN, JIS, GOST, EN, BS and other industry standards. The material grades refer to API 5L Gr.B, X42, X46, X52, X56, X60 and higher for line pipes, carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel for pipes, flanges and fittings.
We have extensive manufacturing experience since 1982 and have passed the certificates of ISO9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007, IOS14001:2004, ABS and PED. All products have been exported to America, EU, Malaysia, Japan, and more than 20 countries and regions. Focus on Quality
The piping products of Metleader include steel pipes, pipe fittings, flanges and so on are commonly used for oil & gas pipelines. This applied field requests all piping materials in the pipe system to have high quality to ensure the safety of the whole project.
The whole pipeline system is combined through welding each piping product which requests to ensure the quality and safety of each one. In order to achieve this target, QC department plays a very important role from choosing the raw material and production inspection. Meanwhile the related quality certifications also provide the guarantee for the quality.
