What is Integral Flange?

Integral flange (long weld neck flange) is a connecting device that is composed of a welded steel pipe and a flat disk. It is a connector with the advantages of flexibility and reliability, which has been widely used because of its structural characteristics and wide application fields.
Long weld neck flange has a long neck at the welded pipe opening, which plays the function of good connection, making the structure of the flange more flexible and reliable, while improving the bearing capacity of the flange. The types of Integral Flange according to material

Carbon steel Integral Flange ( long weld neck flange)
Carbon steel integral flange is usually used in medium and low pressure piping systems. It is often used in pairs, and in use should choose appropriate pressure flanges to connect the pipes, that is, add a sealing ring between two flanges, then tighten them with bolts.

Stainless steel Integral Flange ( long weld neck flange)
Stainless steel is strong and difficult to wear, the stainless steel integral flange has the advantages of corrosion resistance, good rust prevention, high mechanical strength and high tensile strength, which can meet the needs of architects and structural designers.

1)To choose the raw material from reliable steel manufacturers or suppliers, and all materials before enter our factory must do the test for chemical analysis and mechanical property.
2)All products in each production chain have special QC person to check the dimensions, heating and forging temperature, and sampling test of mechanical property.
3) Heat treatment is very important process during the production of flanges especially for carbon steel flanges with high pressure, for alloy steel and stainless steel is obligatory.
4)Full inspection or sampling inspection of NDT for the final products to ensure the inside of flanges doesn’t have any defects.
